Terms of booking.

These terms apply to boat rentals, slip and storage leases and gift cards booked with Fairlead Marina in Osage Beach, Missouri. By booking, you agree to them on behalf of your whole group.
Bookings and prices
Rentals are priced per boat by the hour, half day or full day, as listed on each boat’s page
Every rental is private to your group, up to the boat’s posted capacity
Prices are in US dollars and exclude sales tax and fuel, which is charged at the pump price on return
A $200 refundable damage deposit is taken by card at check-in, and the rental is paid at the dock
Arrival and late returns
Please arrive 20 minutes early for the briefing. Your rental time starts at the booked time, and late returns without a call are charged in 30-minute steps.
Weather and cancellations
You can cancel or move a rental free of charge up to 48 hours before the start time. Inside 48 hours we keep 50% of the rental price, except when we cancel for lightning or wind over 25 mph, which is always a full refund or a free move.
Slips and storage
Slip and storage leases run for the season (April 1 to October 31) or for the year. A 25% deposit holds the slip, and leases renew on March 1 unless you tell us otherwise.
Gift cards
Gift cards are valid for two years from purchase, can be used on any boat and cannot be exchanged for cash. Any unused balance stays on the card.
Conduct
The driver stays sober, glass stays on shore and everyone follows the briefing and the posted no-wake zones. We may end a rental without refund if a guest puts others or the boat at risk.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri.
