This policy explains what Fairlead Marina collects when you visit our website, book a rental, lease a slip or buy a gift card, and how we use it. We keep it short because we collect very little.
What we collect
Booking details you send us: name, email, phone, boat, date, start time and notes
Slip and storage details: your boat’s length, make and registration for the lease
Gift card details: purchaser and recipient names and email addresses
Basic, anonymous website analytics such as pages viewed and device type
Cameras at the docks
Security cameras cover the docks, the fuel dock and the parking lot. Footage is kept for 30 days and shared only with the police after an incident.
Photos
We sometimes take photos at the rental dock for our social media, and we only post a photo when everyone in it agrees.

We never sell your information. We share it only with the services that help us run bookings, email and payments, and only as much as they need.
How long we keep it
Rental and lease records are kept for two years for tax and insurance purposes, then deleted. You can ask us to delete your details sooner at any time.
Your choices
Email us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop receiving emails. We reply within 30 days.
